At Freak Athlete, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxing.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; please ensure all original components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
